How long do you want to ignore this user?
I have a group of guys I know who are wanting to help out this weekend in the Austin or surrounding area with the cleanup after the floods. We have chainsaws are able to move out smaller debris piles. Does anyone know of a good opportunity to help out? I am seeing some reports of help needed in the Leander area. Anyone else want to join in on the fun?

I'm sure ADRN will put you to work...(Austin Disaster Relief Network)

I've registered with ADRN in the event that they need help in the future once they start letting teams in.

Wondering if anyone knows of additional opportunities this weekend or next to help with clean up.

Ark of Highland Lakes in Marble Falls is running daily muck out operations (I'm not sure about tomorrow though with it being Sunday), among other volunteer opportunities.

In Kerrville, you can drive up at Antler Stadium and be assigned a work order for a home that needs clean up help. It is open today and tomorrow 8:00 to 5:00.

Details here: https://www.ksat.com/news/local/2025/07/12/flood-relief-underway-as-volunteers-assemble-in-kerrville/

ETA: It will be open each day indefinitely, but the hours after tomorrow are TBD. Definitely 8:00 to 5:00 tomorrow. (I'm on site getting this information from the state agencies organizing it)
