My wife and I purchased a house in Plano last year and do not have any records of if/when HVAC maintenance was performed by the previous owners. Was outside working this morning and noticed water dripping from our overflow condensate line, so I'm assuming that our main line is clogged. Does anyone have recommendations for an HVAC company which will clear the line and also which offers annual HVAC tune-ups as well?

I really like Mechanical Air Design out of Carrollton. Ask for Robert. I have used them for that exact thing and will use them when it's time to replace our stuff. Very upfront and does right by the customer.

Update: Had Mechanical Air Design out this morning and they were excellent! Pricing was super reasonable for the amount of work completed, and they did a great job with confirming that the condensate/drain lines were clear and functioning properly (it appears that the previous owners of our home hadn't done maintenance for some time). Would highly recommend!
