My son is looking for a CPO Toyota Highlander in DFW. Most of the contacts I've seen on TexAgs are for new vehicles. Any contacts for used vehicles? If not, any particular dealers to work with or stay away from?

Stay away from Toyota of Richardson and Toyota of Dallas. Both were dishonest jackwagons when I was buying a used Toyota. I think it's any of the Berkshire owned dealerships that create the same horrible culture and bad incentives. Ended up getting one at Sewell BMW of all places.

If you're willing to drive, I had an excellent experience negotiating with Round Rock Toyota via email and then driving down to pick up the vehicle. The GM even called me the night before coming to reassure me that the car was being held for me and would be pulled around ready for a test drive. I already had financing lined up which they accepted with little pushback, and they matched a Carmax offer for my trade in. Saved $4k on a CPO RAV4 compared to Sewell who had essentially the same car in their regular used inventory (not CPO)

I also second the warning regarding Toyota of Richardson. Had an awful experience getting a simple recall taken care of; if they can't even get that right, I sure as heck don't trust them on the sales side.
