Tons of heavy construction all around me so all the electrical grid is all sorts of rednecked right now and the slightest breeze keeps swinging the lines and dropping connections. Just constantly dropping power here. Right as the Aggie game was getting ready to start too.

Same thing here minus all the construction part. Had power drop 4-5 times already and even had the generator fire up a couple times.

It went out several more times and I got frustrated and went to a bar to watch the game. Got back and as soon as I opened the door, the power went out again. Just came back on.

Can't help but laughcry at it at this point. So frustrating.

3.5 at our house. Having to drain the pool a little. Was a challenge for the back yard drains.

Need to figure out a way to clean out the main longest drain. Suspect it has a lot of silt/dirt build up.

I ordered one of the little drain jetter kits in the past and it was too flimsy and small. Just ordered this fitting to go directly on the pressure washer 3/8 hose and a longer hose. Hoping that will be strong enough. Figure I can also put a hose in the drain inlet to get a good flow to carry stuff out.

New drain in that low spot installed. Let's see how it holds up over the next 7 days.

I ran the hose in it earlier this evening and never had water come out the grate so must mean it's flowing down stream.

at least we're going to get a cloudy and muggy saturday

Hey, last weekend, once the rain passed saturday around noon was absolutely magnificent. Sunday was amazing.

Just wish everything wasn't a swamp.

My two most memorable storms (2012 Lakewood hail and 2019 Preston Hollow tornado) had virtually no prior warning of severe weather. Hell, the 2019 tornado was on the ground for several miles before they even broke into regular programming.
