I'm buying a townhouse in the Heights that needs significant remodeling on the inside. Any recommendations on contractors? Thanks in advance.

I don't have any recommendations on a contractor as I was highly disappointed in who I used.

But I would recommend paying the $10 for an Angie's List subscription. There is a lot of local contractors on there who are reviewed highly (and lowly) by other AL users. At the very least it gives you a variety to call and get bid.

Since this is in the Heights, make sure your contractor pulls proper permits. One of the neighbors WILL call it in whether you have permits or not. People in the Heights will report you if you walk in front of your house with a ladder and a hammer.
