Pretty weak kitchen setup for a 7.8M house. Small-ass cooktop -- facing away from the bar and open area. That house should have full hibachi setup and 8-10 burners.

I guess they are counting on not cooking much when you can afford the house. But where will the private chef / caterers cook?
