Houston board related because property tax in Harris County. I forget username of who is related to Jubally on here; however, I was curious if you could give some information on what happened? I have been a shill of yours for many many years and dejected to see this happening.

Seems to me they had a lot of limitations on what sort of properties they had the ability to work on. I reached out to them several years in a row and every time they told me they were not capable of dealing with my property because I have a detached garage apartment.

I think that was Cru?

I thought it was a great service. Excellent evidence package, and clear instructions. I would use it again, except for the fact that the protest process is so maddening. They either intentionally ignore the evidence, or don't understand it. I gladly pay a service to do the whole thing for me.

I just pay mcgibblets to do it for me now.

That is fair.Of the I think 9 times I used Jubally, 7 or 8 times I got HCAD to take the report's number and the other(s), we split the difference. I guess I got lucky, It never took me longer than 15-20 minutes to protest, get my number and walk out. I was curious if the other (new) providers (Ownwell, etc) had anything to do with it?

I had a great experience with Jubally and recommended it to lots of friends, but the last time I paid and the report only had 2 comps and wouldn't have helped much anyway.

Then I hired Bettencourt and they magically got it lowered to the example amount that HCAD offered me in the iProtest. FML

I've used Jubally for each of the last 7 years and was successful getting their recommended amount every time. This year was the biggest drop I've even gotten with them; I was able to use the report to get a $100k drop in value. I am really going to miss their reports,

I refuse to pay the services, I have kept my value far below what all my neighbors get down to every year and they all use the various services. It's super easy to duplicate the Jubally reports, just takes a little effort. Looks like I'll do it on my own next year.

I feel like with AI coming online jubally could use one to scrape all the data they need to make their work easier rather than going out of business. They never had info on my house but I fully support what they are doing and keeping as much of our money out of the hands of govt as possible. Bummed they are closing up shop.

I used them until I was too busy one year then went with O'Connor.

The information packet was great, but the last 2 years I used it the informal reviewer saw it and said I had to go to appraisal review board or whatever the next step is. Basically they knew what was going to argue and weren't smart enough to argue against it so they just kicked it out of their court.

Dang it, as a new home owner I was planning on using them next year.

I've had good luck with Haidamous and Associates. They lowered our houses value 12% and 13%. One of those was already on top of the 10% reduction HCAD somehow applied to our main residence.

I used jubally for a couple of years but the last 3 years they've been unable to provide me with any reliable info to reduce my taxes. I quit using them. I pay some random group to fight my property taxes now.
