I took a 2014 kia forte to heights auto repair on 19th awhile back. I got some basic repairs done in a timely fashion. It didnt feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didnt need. I would go back.

T&S Auto is my go to when I need something done that I don't want to do myself. Good mechanics there and Marci is fair and easy to work with.

Don't live there any more, but we used to go to Kindall Automotive on Yale. The owner was a little gruff, but always felt like he was shooting me straight and not up selling.

I'm looking for similar suggestion but might be for more of a tire or off-road shop.

I have a 2023 Bronco and looking for a place that can powder coat the rims and change tires out. I'm over 54k miles and due for a tire change soon. Want to powder coat the outer banks rims black and put on a little meatier tires.

Duggy's on Pinemont might be a good option. I saw mostly Toyota 4x4s there, but they sell wheels and lots of off road parts.
