Can anyone recommend a good independent inspection guy? Buying a new build, so prefer an independent firm if possible. Seems like the larger inspection companies are stuck on "package" pricing which includes some inspection services I don't think I need on a new house.

Any input appreciated!

I know its not "independent" but I have always had good luck with and been pleased with Redfish Inspections

We just had an inspection done with Fox Inspection Group and they were great.

Super easy to work with under a tight timeline, informative, and did good work with a clear and concise final report.

Technically Texas City.....southern fringes of clear lake I guess

I used Fox a couple of years ago as well. Very thorough report.

Bought a home recently and used Fox Inspection Group, very easy to work with. They have sample reports on their website, could not have been more pleased with them.
