Notice the direct impacts expected for the Rio Grande Valley blurb at the end. RGV still needs some rain.

Yes sir, looks like that. This is what I remember Septembers being like. I am out west or in Mex, so I am not experiencing the rain.

And the main drag on SPI is still closed until Friday for utility pole repair work.

34 poles went down in the straight line wind storm that hit early Friday morning!
