I haven't shopped at one, but I've read they have slightly smaller bulk items as compared to other wholesale clubs and are a little more grocery heavy. They seem to be making a push into north Texas. Reviews seem to be middling. Evidently they rely on coupons for items which means I'm immediately out. Though we're not big on bulk purchasing anyway.

A friend called it Temu Sam's. A bulk grocery store is the best the developer could deliver after all these years and whispers of what it could have been (gotta hold back with the egos of some in that office, they might read the boards).

It's a 'win' when you moved tons of dirt and can't tenant the place for a few years. It's basically gone the way of the shops across the street: big vision, appearance of promise, can't hit tenancy to finish all phases or attract more than old navy / Ross / TJ maxx and supporting in-line. Nothing special.

Well, they designed the most generic outdoor shopping area I've ever seen. There's not an ounce of character in the entire thing. It's no wonder it's devoid of energy. This town is funny.
