That's a great looking truck! Congrats!

Sharp looking truck. Chevy knocked it out of the park with the Colorado's design, and I hear good things about the 2.7L turbo. When I eventually replace my full size truck, I'm thinking about getting something like this.

One month into ownership and I am liking it. Few things not so great, but so far I feel good about purchasing.

What do you see as not so great?

Car Play has been a learning curve and I am a longtime user of Apple products. It seems to only play music from my recent purchases and only sometimes gives me access to entire library.

Seat belt connection kills my right hip; I have an extender on order.

Interior is a strange material Chevy calls 'Evotex' that is not what I would pick.

Missing some interior storage that I had been accustomed to with previous small suv ownership.

Love the power.
Love the ride height.
Love the turning radius.
Love the truck bed.
Love the look.and feel of mid size but feels bigger to me.

Not owning a truck before… had an F150 25 years ago and got rid after two weeks and my first car was an Chevy S10 35 years ago… so really this is my first ownership of a true truck.

Car Play "helpfully" limits access to the full iTunes library when the vehicle is in motion. Apparently some kind of nanny safety feature.

They are as big as the full size truck of 20 years ago.

Got these adhesive black letter covers to go over the chrome emblems… I know it looks grey but they are black. Etsy purchase.

How much does it cost to get ceramic coating from a shop?

You could shop around and my guess you would be around $400 and above. They have different years' of protection and I think you might want to do your homework on the product they will use and their quality of work.

You can do it yourself if you learn up on the process.
