Similar to these type of plates.

The Sovereign Citizen/Moabite types are easily some of the most annoying individuals to deal with. I feel for the cops when they encounter these clowns. They will waste your time like no other if you happen to have a dialogue with one. There is a pretty wide spread of different types with some that truly just want to be left alone, but the ones I've encountered in DFW/Houston over the years are often attempting fraud and various dumb activities etc.
