I have a 2021 F150 power boost. The screen that has radio navigation, etc. doesn't start up anymore. It just stays black. The radio continues to play in the background, but I can't connect any phones or navigation.
I found a YouTube video of a soft reset where you hold volume and track forward button together. I've done that and the Ford logo will come up, but it's still just stays black.
Also have pulled the fuse mains to reset, although it doesn't seem to be resetting since my radio presets are still saved.
Anybody with this issue or ideas for fixes?
