I've been driving this SUV since 2014. It's been a great vehicle to drive, but the leather seating has started to deteriorate to the point that I actually have a hole into the cushion beneath the leather.

I have considered this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/396615410986?var=665149900873&_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20211130125621%26meid%3D8cc7dbed62f24d788cdc372724a80beb%26pid%3D101465%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D396615410986%26itm%3D665149900873%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D3650466&_trksid=p3650466.c101465.m3507

but I am hesitant since I have no idea how easy it will be to remove the existing leather. Has anyone done something like this that can shed some light on how easy or difficult this is. I'm not concerned about the cost of this product, but I also don't want something that I will not be able to install myself and therefore likely incur a bigger cost when I get my shop to do the install for me (if they even would).

It's not for the faint of heart but doable if you're handy.

I've done several Toyota products. Just takes time and patience. You can buy the la carte prices online instead of doing the whole thing.
