Who makes the best aftermarket rear bumper? I hear Ranch Hand stopped the Legend series for my model truck. Got backed into in a parking lot and the guy missed my hitch by a foot and dented the factory bumper.

Guy that was standing next to me was shocked the damage wasn't worse from what he saw.

Should I go back with factory or an aftermarket replacement? It's a '21 Longhorn with two tone painted bumper now. Anyone know the paint code offhand? The door just lists the primary color.

Other guy said he wanted to avoid insurance, but also just mentioned pulling the dent out.

Got a bid for $2760 from a body collision place for factory replacement. They said the sensors have to be recalibrated to the tune of $750. An aftermarket truck shop said otherwise and would just charge $300 for installation.

What would yall do?

Seems like my Tough Country bumper was $800ish and $1000 to match paint. It's got all the camera stuff, etc.

Hard to qualify what makes it a "best bumper" but I have no issues with Tough Country.

"Best" in my mind is "strongest" so that when the next guy hits me, I can't tell. Without any issues like the sensors falling out or having some other issue due to design.

Anyone know of a company that will send a raw product so I can powder coat it to match? Was there a guy on this page or was it the Outdoor board that sold truck accessories?

I'm having the FT bumpers installed on my truck as we speak. Once I pick it up tomorrow I can give a review.

Hope you like it. Interesting how they talk about parking sensors not always working without a 6" lift.

I like how they reposition the front camera.
