2022 King Ranch F250 was down to about 60 miles before it shuts me down to 50 mph, so I filled up at Bucees this morning. I have driven another 20 miles and started truck 3 different times and still shows low (says 44 miles until speed is limited).

I've heard it can take a while to update, but I'm getting nervous because I don't want to have my speed limited. Haven't had that happen before. Anyone encountered this before? Any advice? Thanks.

I don't own a DEF truck, but deal with it work trucks...
It can be slow to update, not sure why it takes forever but it does. I've filled up it up and been in your shoes before where it gave me another set of dings and pulled up the distance warning. I was getting jumpy as I had another full day of driving the next day. I filled up on my way to the hotel, then still got warnings when I went to dinner and I think running yet another errand. The next morning, all was well with the world.

I'm thinking you'll be fine.

You were correct. It finally updated to full when I started it up for the 5th time. Thanks.

I suspect it's crappy software that requires a full reboot that finally took (truck off, you of it it > 15 minutes, then truck back on) was a factor….. along with its crappy software bugs.

I do not doubt that. I have to reset my touch screen several times per month. Luckily someone told me to hold down the power button for radio and the forward (like for the next song) button for about 5 seconds and screen goes black up boots back up. Works well when carplay starts acting up.
