Same. I shut down BJJ probably mid-March or so. It feels about 70% better than what it was most of the time but little sudden movements can be extremely painful still and ROM/strength is severely diminished. I'm back to lifting but have had to modify my routine a lot. Oddly I can still bench press but can't reach up to grip a bar on my traps for squats/good mornings, etc.
If you have the budget you might want to add ipamorelin and tesamorelin to your wolverine stack. 250mcg ipa and 1-2mg tesa per day respectively.

I can still bench but can't do pullups or anything where my arm goes behind my back. Almost zero strength once my arms goes behind me. Doesn't hurt that bad, there is just zero strength.

Same here. Waiting to see the ortho doc for my shoulder. Already know from mri it's a partial tear rotator cuff, a still present slap tear, and pretty substantial frozen shoulder.

Until more long term studies are done this is a dose for a short period or until resolved. Fear with some of these peptides is they help promote cell growth which aids the body in recovery but it also may promote all cell growth, including things like cancer.
Insulin and ozempic are both peptides, they just have more studies behind them. At least insulin does.
The capsules aren't very bioavailable and are used mostly to solve gut issues. You would need to take about 4 times the dose orally to equal a small dose injected.

A week in so not much to tell, tendonitis is bicep tendons seemed to have healed a bit and yesterday my shoulder was throbbing a bit. Could just be from healing or since I have slightly more flexibility in the shoulder something else is going on with it.
Going to do 4 weeks of my normal workouts and then take a week off of working out and shots since I am travelling. After that week I will get back on the peptides and mainly focus on PT workouts.

Two weeks in, still have some lingering tendonitis but notice a difference in shoulder mobility and for the first time in a while it doesn't hurt when I turn my shoulder/arm to look at my watch.
I have been doing pullups for the first time in well over a year without pain so it is doing something. I will say it is doing something, we will see how much it does. I have a week long trip around 4 weeks into taking it that I am going to use as a pause for taking it for a week or so and then finish the bottle out.
For the price this has been one of the best investments I have made and for those afraid of needles it doesn't even hurt since you are injecting into the fatty tissue of your stomach. And freaking kids with diabetes give themselves shots so suck it up buttercup.

Man, this really makes me want to try it. I have a nagging pain in my inner elbow/bicep that directly affects my ability to do almost any kind of weighted movements in that joint.
Glad you took the leap and things are working out for you. Next move is ipamorelin and tesamorelin stack that will melt fat off of your belly.
I just finally ordered the Wolverine stack, too. Should have done it a couple of weeks ago. I've hit a wall in my shoulder recovery. I can do a lot and 98% of my day is pain free but my motion is still quite limited and I think I've mentally adapted to not move in a lot of normal ways I would have prior to the tear.
Glad to see that P.U.T.U is seeing promising results at this point. Hope I'm able to post similar results in a few weeks.

I got these. Just watch delivery dates. I had ordered some on Amazon and then saw they didn't ship for a couple of weeks and when I started looking a lot of their insulin syringes had long shipping lead times.

Thanks, just looking for more options or additional people with positive reviews before pulling the trigger since there's hundreds of sites but most are likely getting same stuff from china. Plus, only one of those, the last in order of preference, has retatrutide
Not true, the other suppliers do they just changed the names to avoid lawsuits. Think they are calling retatrutide glp3 or something like that.
Three weeks down, seem to be getting more range of motion in my bad shoulder.
Not sure why but having issues with tendonitis in one of my elbows that wasn't there before I started the peptides. I can think of some possibilities like the range of motion is causing some inflammation in some muscles that haven't had the stress in a while.

I bought a bottle of box 157 capsules before seeing this thread. I have had terrible discomfort in my left shoulder. Had an mri done, orthopedic surgeon said a 20%-25% tear in the rotator cuff. Went to pt, helped a lot.
I reaggravated it recently and feels like I'm back to where I was. I plan on trying the Wolverine pack once I'm done with the bottle of bpc 157. Been taking 2 500 mcg capsules a day for 8 days. Have not noticed much difference yet. The capsules are less potent than the injections. Is it okay to 4 capsules a day without any problems?

Im just over two weeks post wrist surgery and doing great. Don't know how much of the rapid progress was the peptide combo.
In addition to the nasal spray I stacked up on
Calcium supplements 2 kinds
Fish oil
Turmeric
Protein mostly in the form of yogurt
Amino acid
Collagen
and a few things to support blood flow like garlic and nitric oxide
At the moment I am still swollen and have a limited range of motion. Hoping that also rapidly improves. Start PT this week

Yeah it's well tolerated in higher doses, but won't move the needle much for an injury. It really needs to be stacked with tb500 and ghkcu and injected. Capsules are for gut issues and maybe general recovery support.

There are not enough studies done for there to be enough evidence of injecting around the injury site and subcutaneous injection into fatty tissue is considered the most effective. In top of that my labrum is torn mostly in the armpit area and when I was getting my steroid shots my ortho would use a long needle and ultrasound to get in the needed area. No way I could get close without an ultrasound

Did you ask your ortho about their opinion about peptides? Have another appointment Monday just for the steroid shot. thanks bcbs insurance for not allowing the shot at the first appointment, even though this was a 2nd opinion because the first doctor did want to really discuss much of anything.

There are only anecdotal reports injecting at or close to the site of injury helps, but subq injections are systemic so I would just do whatever you're comfortable with injection wise.
