Maybe a dumb question. Do you guys wear the Oura on your ring finger? Does it feel like a normal ring?

What are the goals?
I did whoop for about a year. I collected all the data and the only thing I did with it was used the stress score as a badge of honor. The higher the stress the more proud I was. It was a destructive feedback loop.
Want better sleep? Take 2 pills of magnesium glycinate before bed.

Anyone try the Fitbit Air? Like it better than Whoop?
)I have returned to Garmin and moved away from Oura Ring. I'm a bit schizo with this stuff, however we have moved into a mountainous environment and back to hiking and soon to purchase a new trail bike, so the Oura is now obsolete for my lifestyle.RangerRick9211 said:
I have a Fitbit Air. Been rocking an Epix II for 3 or so years. But was missing my normal watches and wanted a screen-less to track data on the other wrist.
Liking it so far. I track workouts on a bike head unit, but have used it for a few runs. But turned off the AI auto-detect workout so quick. It was flooding my Strava with walks.
Someone should come out with a strap for a normal watch that integrates the removable Fitbit puck on the underside.

I have a few nice mechanical watches that I like to wear so I have always stayed away from smart watches. I would love someone to come up with a band I could put on my daily wear watches and the band has all tech in it.

Sure, but they just released the specs for 3rd party band designers a couple of days ago or something. It's only goijng to get better,
