Looking for recommendations for vitamins/supplements I should take. I'm 51 male. Just a multivitamin? Omega 3?
I'd add K2/Zinc. I buy this on amazon to cover those bases.AggieLAX said:

I like this list! I cannot stress how good creatine is for most people that are active and workout. Get on it and enjoy the benefits!AggieLAX said:

I'd go with a powdered version similar to what was shared in the link above. The super cheap stuff can be really grainy and not a fun thing to try and break down in a shaker bottle. The better stuff is much easier to mix with water or protein shake.BmtAg96 said:

If you don't want to mix with a drink, they also make it in pill form that you can get just about anywhere as well.ttha_aggie_09 said:I'd go with a powdered version similar to what was shared in the link above. Last time I checked, only a handful of places are making creatine worldwide but a lot of people buy in bulk and then add whatever "proprietary" BS in there so they can charge more money. That may not be the case anymore.
i listened to a podcast from dr. rhonda patrick or peter attia on creatine. I believe it is more effective not taken with caffeine. I need to find it.ttha_aggie_09 said:
I mix my creatine in with my preworkout out of habit and don't really want to change that anytime soon. I could add to my protein shake in the morning but don't really want to do that either.
An old wives' tale.AgShaun00 said:i listened to a podcast from dr. rhonda patrick or peter attia on creatine. I believe it is more effective not taken with caffeine. I need to find it.ttha_aggie_09 said:

I got paired with a sports phys phd in golf a few weeks ago and he was mentioning how important creatine is to lots of aging markers as well as pregnant women. I just started some gummies that are way too good tasting. No idea if they help me personally as I've only starting taking them 2 days ago.

What age can a kid start taking creatine?
Very limited research unfortunately. I would personally say around 14ish especially if in athletics and limit to 5 mg a day.Jbob04 said:
