Went on a strong regiment of antioxidant and many of the usual supplements discussed here in January. Liver enzymes and GGT cut in half and in normal range now. I'm shocked. Moderated my booze (to a degree) but too ashamed to admit here what my drinking levels are.

I know it's not the cure but sharing bc I am shocked how well my bloodwork has 180'd. FWIW did bloodwork as a baseline in January. May and July to track trends.
