Warm up 10 mins, upper body focus

Bench press 10,8,6,4,2 reps. Add weight as reps drop.

5 rounds of:
12 ring rows
10 dual KB shrugs 2x45
15 dual DB hammer curls 2x15
12 ring dips
60 band pull downs (ski machine sim)

Stretch
