Warm up for press and push-up

6 rounds of strict overhead press, 5,3,1,5,3,1 reps, build to heavy 1. Start pretty heavy. Also right after each set, 6 plyo pushups (push claps, or at least push to get hands well off ground)

Workout: 16min EMOM through 4 stations 1 min each
1. Max strict pull-ups
2. 16 dual DB floor press
3. 16 alt curtsy style back lunges 2" deficit with 35# DB
4. 6 ab wheel rollouts
