4 rounds of: 5 front squats @124-140, rest 1 min. Slow descent, hold at bottom one full second
Then get on bike and go all out 15 secs, then rest 1:45.
Part2: cardio.
5 rounds of 2 mins work then 1 min rest. Each round is:
25 double unders
15 air squats
150m run
15 air squats
Max double unders in remaining time
Stretch
