Nah. We don't need to be having illicit deals with the cops. We're paying these kids thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, and in a few cases millions of dollars to play football for A&M. It's not too much to ask that they conduct themselves like professionals and stay out of trouble for 3 years. How hard is it to go 3 years without getting arrested, especially when you have plenty of money to buy whatever you need? Answer: it's really ****ing easy.

Yeah, most of these players are still immature kids, but they all wanted to be paid, and we as a society decided it was appropriate to pay them. If they can't stay out of trouble, they should suffer maximum consequences to deter other player-employees from doing the same.

Well atleast all 3 were just typical dumb college kids things. I just like the fact that our football is number 1 at something.

It's pretty damn hard actually. You actually either didn't go to A&M and live in CS, or didn't get out much while you were there.

We need to get CSPD under control, it's not their town to flex their ego's.

I was at A&M for 4 years and at North Gate the majority of those weekends, including when I was under age. It is absolutely not hard to go 3 years without getting arrested. Give me a break. And even if it was hard (which it's not), if you're being paid thousands of dollars just to be there and play a sport, you should be able to stay out of trouble.

It's actually hard to get arrested. Most students don't get arrested. Most football players don't get arrested.

Now I'm curious, how many times did you get arrested in college?

seems like the aggie code means nothing and we import people of low moral character either because they're good at sports or their guaranteed student loans can be milked for revenue to the school.

Egos is plural.

You don't need to throw an apostrophe into every word that ends in an 's'.

If you can spell basic words correctly, people will take you more seriously.

You're welcome.

If it had happened in Shiner, it would have been handled differently. (I didn't say handled better or not correctly.)

That's just the way the world turns in small communities. I know first hand.
