Don't say stupid things. Colt McCoy was consensus All American, won the Maxwell, Davy O'Brien, Walter Camp, Johnny Unitas awards. Sporting News College athlete of the year. Won 45 games as a starter.

Maalik Murphy was only a 4-star and is starting at Oregon State this year. He portaled out when Ewers portaled in.

Far too early to say whether Manning will live up to the hype or not, but what game film exists apparently is good enough for many to still have very high expectations.

So no, those who cut down Manning have not been proven right. It was stupid and just sets up our fanbase to look stupid if he is really good. Kind of like how dumb we looked as a fanbase when Kyler Murray left.

We look like one of the most biased and delusional fanbases in existence. Our guys are always going to be awesome (until they aren't) and everyone else sucks and is overrated.

According to our local rag here in SE Ohio, Manning has the Heisman locked up and horns are going to win it all. I'm guessing big $$$$$$$$$ have changed hands.

What I took from this thread - did that troll without a life finally get banned and his obsession was so strong he had to come back with another account so he could continue to pretend to be an aggie some more?

What I took away was any thread on texags is 3 clicks away from being an Arch Manning thread.
