He was going off on Jenni Carlson, an Oklahoma sports reporter/writer. If memory serves correctly, it was something to do with Bobby Reid the OSU quarterback at the time who was flaming out and ultimately transferred. Reid had some negative things to say about Gundy's press conference years after it occurred. He felt it was self-serving to an extent and also made matters worse for Reid, not better.

He couldn't get on the NIL train so he got left behind. The same thing may be happening to Dabo in the near future.

Once a victim always a victim. Any coach that stands up for a player like that should be commended. If the kid couldn't see that at the time..that is on him...not Gundy.
