Was a big fan of Weigman, but holy crap his throws just float in the air. That 45yd throw hung up forever. Wish him the best but he was out of his league in the sec

He looks better physically, in better shape. Glad he's taking it seriously.

He still stares guys down, which is a problem. It's a non-starter in the SEC (ask Calzada).

BUT, I just saw him move a TE to the other side to help protection on a 3rd and long. Then he threw a nice ball for the 1st down. So that's progress.

Weigman still looks like a shell of his HS self to me. Always felt like the kid had a very lively arm... Plenty of zip to make accurate tight window throws even from the far hash.

What we got was a guy that threw off target floaters after staring down his receiver. Still not impressed with him.

He's looked that way ever since that Miami game, 2 years ago, when he was getting blasted behind our porous o-line and got hurt. Hasn't been the same since. You get pressure and hit him some and he starts to look shell shocked.

Yeah, it seems that way. He did have that one anomaly against Mizzou last year where I thought he looked really good.

OSU and WSU should have remained the only 2 programs in the Pac 12, played each other every week and in the conference championship game. Just to make a mockery of the realignment fiasco.
