And isn't the history of the War Grackle similar to every other college mascot, a random appearance that became tradition?

The Fighting Farmer Texas Aggies with Reveille as our mascot and War Damn Grackle as our brand and Gig'em as our motto from Texas A&M, home of the 12th man, and fighting for our school colors of Maroon and White, and Gray, and sometimes Black. We are nothing if not consistent, with 12 different iterations of our Block ATM logo.
