then for gawds sake hand out BLACK towels for waving. All that white kindasorta destroys the whole EVERYTHING IS BLACK idea

IMO white towels against black shirts is better - black would not show up well at all.

I saw sections of black towels at the game and it was awful -- didn't show AT ALL! All blackout games *must* have white towels due to the contrast.

Also, another blackout thought -- we've GOTTA schedule these for when we expect it to be cold....need those black long sleeves and pants to cover all the white skin....

Yell leaders wearing black looked ridiculous. The reason they wear all white is to be easily visible from the stands. I guess that is not as important for them to be seen as we now have DJ music between plays.

This is a huge positive I hadn't considered before

We should have the yell fruits in black every game so that they're harder to see & harder to put on camera

The towels kill me when 2 damn kids near me are always waving em. Makes it hard to see the damn game. I'd rather not with the towels.

Being nitpicky but, at least on TV, the endzones could have been painted a darker shade of black, they didn't really look black, almost a darker shade grey, same for logo at midfield....but who cares, scoreboard!!!

I think this is a great idea. In a similar way I wear camo while hunting in the woods, because I want to make sure all the deer can see me clearly

Even the Pro's are doing it. Last night on SNF Buffalo did a "white out". Stadium fans and players all white. Waving white towels as well. It was a stadium of white. DJ played the same songs as all the colleges too.
Patriots won though.

You won't be able to see the black towels since it's dark outside

And then we could have black gloves and a black ski mask. It wouldn't send the wrong signals at all.

I can honestly say I wasn't thinking one bit about towels in the stands while watching this game.

LOL at some of the mundane things people waste brainpower on around here.
