I think we are only about 15 points from tying Ole Miss in the AP poll. I'm guessing that we will beat the spread by much more than Ole Miss does and slightly leapfrog them. A&M is going to put on a clinic Saturday.

If our defense from the last two weeks shows up we will be just fine. If not, it may be a nail biter.

Several posters are expecting a dog fight. Hope not the ticket prices are creeping up.

People automatically assume FL is trash b/c of the 3 early losses, but they were all to quality teams (even USF and it was the second week of the season).

Our D has had back 2 back shutdown performances, but I still haven't forgotten about the ND game like many on this board seem to have. Not trying to be a downer and I am super-high on this team's potential, but I want to see our def play at this elite level (doesn't have to be quite as shutdown as the last 2 games) for another game or 2, or have our offense find the rhythm that they have shown flashes of before laughing at other teams for thinking they have a chance against us.

This. I would hope not a single aggie (especially the football team, obviously) thinks this will be a walk in the park. Every game here on out except for Samford is going to be a battle. We can beat any team, but any team can beat us. The SEC teams we face all have very strong rosters. If we have an off day they can take advantage

Ags are at least a full tier above UF offensively and defensively. It's a home game at night. I honestly think the spread is too generous to the Gators (no, I don't bet).

Yes, the Gators have struggled considerably on the road under Napier, but those road struggles began even before he arrived. In fact, Dan Mullen went 0-4 in true SEC road games against Kentucky, LSU, South Carolina, and Missouri in his final season in 2021. Florida's only road win in 2021 was a 42-20 win at South Florida on 9/11/21. Those road losses resulted in Florida firing Dan Mullen with one regular season game remaining.

Going back even further to 2021, Florida is 4-15 (3-12 SEC) in road games against Power 4 teams, 0-4 (0-4 SEC) under Mullen, and 4-11 (3-8 SEC) under Napier.

Yes. All my knee and ankle injuries over the years always healed in 7 days.
I don't know what his problem is but leg problems which cause issues with running never healed in less than a month or more. Usually much longer.

This game against Florida is our 3rd straight home game and 2nd straight night home game. I think our first SEC road game at Arkansas is a true trap game because we will likely be double digit road favorites with the road game at LSU looming a week later.

Even my 8 year old granddaughter knows the difference between the words "loose and lose". The team may be loose before the game, but they could still lose the game.

Exactly, we have allowed just 19 combined points in the last 2 games. Auburn scored their only touchdown off of an interception return to the 2-yard line. If we take that away that 1-play and 2-yard touchdown drive, the defense really allowed just 12 combined points, 3 against Auburn and 9 against Mississippi State.

This would be true if they had lost against Texas. They are not sneaking up on anybody now. They have a true superstar on the outside that we know about now. This is going to be a dogfight that we can and should win. But we have to play well
