People's anger at him aside it was interesting at points.
This business about the "SCORE" act where he mentions federal legislation that will override 38 states own laws is underreported.
He is up there selling the thing as "fairness" and enforcing some sort of uniform standard across college football. The ads flogging this act say it's for protecting women's sports and Olympic sports.
This is of course horse*****
It's a salary cap for college football. That's all it is.
