Apologies for the delay on this, I have been absolutely blitzed lately and my not-so-small business has really started to take off, so haven't spent much time on the boards or with my family. As many of you know, I am a proud Aggie (former walk-on) but also an avid Nittany Lion, as that is where I got my masters. Seeing Franklin get axed really hit me hard in the gut/sphincter. But sometimes a marriage just doesn't work out, and this was one of those times. Take it from me, a proud family man teetering on the edge of divorce due to my commitment to my business.
After meditating on the firing, it was time. Sure, I loved the White-Outs while I was Black-Out, and the tight uniforms that our players wore, but they could always be a bit tighter. Franklin pulled us out of the black hole (often referred to as Jerry's Hole) of the JoePa/Jerry fiasco, but didn't do much else. Franklin could count by two's (2's) and tie his shoes, but couldn't tell the difference between his foot from my ass, which proved to be his downfall and my uprising. Getting bent by the directional school of NorthWestern (literally directional) and those libs down in Cali was the straw that broke the coaches pubic bone.
I am not at liberty to say how much I contributed towards his buyout, but I can say it was in the high triple digits (spread across twenty-four (24) equal monthly installments as my small business is currently a bit cash strapped).
