He has a roster made up primarily of big 12 type talent.

But every year people like to make them out to be something they aren't.

The coaches you hear say things like that coach at directional schools. I would expect that from Samford's HC, for example. Any SEC coach, after a conference loss, is going to say the same type stuff…"we could've won if we did X or didn't do Y". It's typical coach speak and there's nothing to see here IMO

It happens occasionally. That was the end of the season, and IMO Elko was delivering a message to the team and also that the roster needed to be improved. 1st season HC vs a guy who's been at Mizzou for a number of years. Mizzou also probably feels like they have something to play for this season, we clearly didn't at that point.

I watched his press conference.

He didn't directly say "Congrats A&M", but I thought he was fine with his responses. He took blame and gave Elko props.

Not particularly interested in the opinion of one of the biggest trolls on here. Your posting history demonstrates why everyone thinks you're such a colossal dewsh.

His *****ing about flags after the first quarter worked. 65 penalty yards against the Ags after that vs. only 7 against Mizzou. And ending every conversation with "M-I-Z" is odd.

I did chuckle though when he responded with "We fully expected to win. There's just a couple of big plays that changed that. We give up the tunnel screen, sack/interception and long run that was 21 points. We lost by 21 so um."

I guess any team that loses could say that. Yea we thought we would win but they just had those 7 50 yard plays and we lost by 49 so yea, take those away and we are even.
