Yeah Klein fell apart the most. He doesn't call plays to Reed's strengths.

Agreed... and to be pissed at the guys who take the promotion but try to stay is also ridiculous... it's human nature - already got the promotion... and every moment not spent on the coaching staff, support staff, recruiting (both current roster and potential recruits/transfers), etc will hurt down the road...

Sucks to lose a coach late in the season, but if you're coaches aren't being poached by other schools - you probably have other issues...

some of the best leadership advice - "what if we train them up and they leave?"... "yeah, what if you don't train them up and they stay!"

Take the promotion. I'm happy for you and happy that we have gotten you to that point. But you are now off the team. You are now an enemy of Texas A&M. You are leading a new team. Should be standard practice when coaches move on. Klein had zero obligations to anyone associated with Texas A&M today.

Coaches are merely taking and utilizing the nature of the business and the current calendar. If that was our profession and were presented with the same opportunities, we would take full advantage. We can all agree it sucks and should change but until it does, it's a factor for all schools

CK refuses to acknowledge Reed's strengths and instead calls the offense like he's Tom Brady. He has no concept of adjusting his scheme to his players.

His play calling did not change... still crappy and suspect

Wasn't Klein better off if we lost to Miami? Frees him up to get out of here and on to next, better gig faster.

Of all the coordinator changes across the playoff teams, why are we the only ones who had an apparent problem?

Oh yeah, because we didn't have a coordinator problem.

We had a QB problem who couldn't hit a 6 FT radius from 10 yds away.
Just complete a few more throws….easy routine throws….and everything plays out differently

I've said it on multiple threads but Marcel and Klein both shoulder blame.
Especially at the end of the game inside the 5 yard line. Klein seems to go full ruhtard inside the 10 yard line.

Why? Pass plays give the most options, including Marcel's feet and the ability to kill the clock.
And we weren't running for sh*t anyway.
That interception might have been a TD of he throws on time, and about 5 FT to the right

He threw that exact same INT, in the same spot multiple times this year and it was always a "well he didn't recognize the coverage" excuse.

Because as you pointed out just a couple posts above, Marcel was having the worst day of his career passing. And yet we attempt three passes from inside the 4.
At the very least have Marcel try to run one on himself.
Yes the clock was an issue but we had enough time to attempt at least one run.
The whole world knew that drive/game was going to end with yet another interception. And sure enough….

I agree with Marcels legs. Which to be most effective and keep the most options, still stems from a pass play call.
