Let's embrace it and enjoy in our most current level of success with Elko building what could be a Georgia / OSU like football program in just Year 3. I think he just needs one more year and A&M will have one of the deepest, most talented programs in the country.

All while Sark looks from the sidelines and tries to figure out why few of the top HS recruits want to come to the 40 acres.

I can tell you why, Sark? Cause you are terrible at evaluating young talent. And worse, you are terrible at then developing talent. You are now reliant on the portal and other coaches for the development and talent pieces. You don't build SEC programs that way, especially on the lines. Good luck sips and Sark cause Elko now owns football in Texas and beyond. Your days are limited, cannot wait for Muschamp to be your next HC.

Ya, sorry that I have to rain on the parade but agree that gloating that we're their daddy is unwarranted until on the field success. Sadly, Elko has a pretty abysmal track record against Sark's offenses:

Bama
- 2019: Pts: 47, Yards: 448
- 2020: Pts: 52, Yards: 544
tu
- 2024: Pts: 17, Yards: 404
- 2025: Pts: 27, Yards: 380

Avg: Pts: 35.8, Yards: 444

So yea, we have some work to do…

That said, I think that last year is showing that we're headed in the right direction. Hopefully, that translates to the field this year.

How many of these dumbass threads are we gonna have this offseason? This is at least the third.
Until we beat the sips, Sark is Elko's daddy. In fact he's embarrassed him the last two years. Last year Elko looked absolutely befuddled on the sideline. It's not a good sign. He better beat the sips this year or else his "Texas problem" is gonna be very, very real despite how many of these dumbass threads you guys wanna start.

Have not won a thing and were proclaiming were the next big college football dynasty.
Sark is 2-0 vs Elko, knocking us out of the CCG both years but we are " embarrassing them"

You do know they will be ranked ahead of us this year and will get crazy amounts of positive publicity because of Arch. Sark is also 2-0 against Elko had the number 1 class 2 years ago and had a higher class than us last year. I know it's fun to bag on him but until we actually beat him it might be better to just keep comments like this to yourself.

We're trending up, but let's not overstate what Sark's done in his time there….or hasn't done

Is it the defense last two seasons though? Two years ago their offense put up 17 at Kyle. 2025 you saw them put up 27 at home…so they averaged 22 points a game against Elko as a head coach. Last year tu averaged 28 per game in sec play so the defense has been holding them below their average. Offense needs to step up and win us these games….now that is still on Elko and hopefully will get better.
