It is kind of what KSU did during the Bill Snyder era. He brought in so many JC kids every year and they kept them relevant. Obviously they never struck gold like IU; we helped a bit in that failure; but the transfer model kept them moving.

I don't think he is a good coach but CU and Sanders have shown what can happen when you just thrust a bunch of individuals together off the open market.

Will be interesting to see if Cignetti now goes after a lot more high school players since he won the natty and is starting to give Indiana a reputation
