Koscielny apparently has refused to travel with the club for the USA tour and is trying to force his way out of the club. Last person I would expect this from in terms of professionalism. Really have to sign another CB if true
I think he is pissed that we don't want to offer him an extension. Bordeaux has been showing him a good deal of interest but can't/won't pay a transfer fee so Kos has been trying to get us to release him from the final year of his contract.wangus12 said:

Kos isnt going to stay healthy for a full season this year no way he'd stay fit for one the year after. Just a sad fact.

Looking at Everton's stats... so far in 2019 he has 13 app (11 starts) for Gremio with 6 goals. He had 3 goals in 6 app (4 starts) for Brazil in Copa America.

Also hearing that part of his job for Brazil was identifying young talent with the ability to play for multiple countries and convincing them to play for Brazil. I've heard that our FO wants him to use those connections to find young inexpensive South Americans that also have a euro passport so we can get them to England without complication.

Ozil, Laca and Auba might have a chance with the first team. At a minimum Auba and Laca will get minutes. Ozil guy needs to step up and earn his keep this season.

So I'll try and post some pics from yesterday when I get home, but my camera and phone are both old so no guarantees they look ok.
The coolest thing to happen yesterday happened after the match. They had all the players that didn't play in the match as well as the subs that came on in the 2nd half(Ozil, Laca, Auba, Kolasinac, Willock, Mustafi etc) start to do the typical postgame cooldown as the stadium emptied. They were doing the rondo game that's always in the videos. About 150 fans stayed to watch when all the coaches came out and held a full 75 minute practice. Really cool to see almost all the 1st team out there practicing from the 1st row. Some of the stuff out there was dang near telepathic.
After they finished up, Nacho, Mhki and Nelson came over and took photos and signed stuff. I talked to Reiss for a split second and he said he fully expects to play here this season. No more loan moves
