You'd start Lavelle is she's healthy no questions. Am a bit concerned with lack of defensive cover for Dunn. Rapinoe isn't always diligent about tracking back on defense.

FIFA has surprisingly been progressive with rule changes. VAR, goal keeper steps, etc..

I have one simple idea. The kickoff. Change it to a normal set play. Don't require a backward pass. Start the game and after goals with some more excitement.

There was a recent change to allow a backward pass on the kickoff. Before that it had to go forward. Changing it back will not have any impact.
