Saw something the other day that Rodri is expected to begin normal training at the same time as everybody else next week. Wasn't a major injury when he limped off at the CWC.

I wonder if he'll start the year as a super sub like he was in the CWC or if he'll start games and then Kovacic and/or Bernardo are coming on to see games out.

Club had an open training session today and Rodri was partaking in all the drills, apparently. Stones was interviewed and says he's fully fit. Wonder how much playing time he'll see while healthy.

Only guy not participating due to fitness today was Nico O'Reilly.

Early to the pub for season opener. Really hope Silva can get it together this season but hopefully Pep is willing to move on if he doesn't.

Only surprises for me are Marmoush and Nunes. First game of the season and on the road, I figured Silva would be preferred to Cherki. At least we are getting Reijnders over Gundo lol.

Love Stones being picked while he's fit. Play him til he can't play.

That went from being really hairy to not as much lol.

Our defense is still so suspect. Out only hope is to score 4 every match.

Up 2-0 through 43 minutes? Yep ballon d'or for Haaland and treble season upcoming.

I know it's wolves but offense looks much more fluid and creative than last year already.

Feeling better about Nico and the new guys. Hopefully our back end solidifies.

Cherki and Reijnders are way more creative than anything we had, especially when KDB was out. Love what I saw in the final third, excluding the first 30ish minutes lol.

Good to see Cherki get on the board in our first game, when the question about him is his finishing.

What a shot it was, too

Also the quality is just so much higher. The team was struggling to get going, then all of a sudden Reijnders is playing that sick rainbow ball for Rico leading to the assist, then they get a gift and Reijnders has an amazing finish with his weak foot, kinda going away from goal (Bobb led the break, we really missed him too). Cherki with the flicks and then the amazing goal.

Thats quality we just didn't have last season. Players are plain better lol.

I like Rico and hope he stays. I was surprised that about half the comments are calling him average and saying we should move on.

You can like Rico or not like him, but he's one of two players we play at RB, so he kinda needs to be on the team this year lol.

Yall got a fan club watch bar there? I might be over there for a little bit in a month or so for work.

Good question lol. I've always had young children since I moved here a few years ago, so I never looked in to it. I have a friend here who has gone to a Liverpool bar and there's a pretty big appetite for soccer here, so surely there is one.

Just watched my recording of the game. Not sure what else I should have expected given it was Tottenham and Frank lol. Saw that result coming in the first 5-10 minutes of the game. Everybody was just out of sync and off their game.
