Well, it's time for the Lone Star Showdown. Texas comes to College Station to face the Aggies on Thursday night.

Thankfully, Texas is having a bit of a rough season as well. Overall, the Longhorns are 3-7-1 with a 1-3 mark in conference play. That one SEC win, however, came last Friday against a ranked Vanderbilt team (2-1). So, Texas does have some momentum. They can also score. The Longhorns have tallied 6 goals through conference play to A&M's...zero.

Their other SEC results include a 1-3 loss to Mizzou, a 0-3 loss to Miss State, and a 3-4 loss to Alabama.

Common opponents include:
Baylor: Aggies Tied 1-1; Texas Lost 0-1
TCU: Aggies Lost 1-2; Texas Lost 2-3

We need a win in a big way. And at this point, unfortunately...this is probably the biggest game of the season.

I'm hoping we can finally unload some confetti.

My daughter played select soccer for several years. I was always told that speed always got the first offers. I really understand that one now. We have no speed.

He said "unnatural position" is irrelevant. That is the rule.
