Could it be due to having LED grow lights and being climate-controlled, that AT&T (and the other indoor stadiums) is able to provide a better environment for the grass to recover and grow?

jerryworld did it a bit different. they hung the lights from the rafters so the grass did not have wheel tracks in it. I think it made a difference as well.
