Everything about it is infuriating.
Pena walked to leadoff the game, he almost never walks.

Fried just walked Dubon, who really never walks, and then is so out of control he pegs Salazar.
You wait for him to throw a strike before you swing at anything.

On top of that, this is Pena's 81st game batting leadoff. He's hitting .323 in the role. He's light years better than your next best hitter at getting a hit. It's just so frustratingly stupid.

Offense has great game yesterday for the first time in a week. Multiple hits with RISP, extra base hits and multi homeruns. So what's the next move?

Change up the lineup, sit your best hitter. Seems smart to me?

This offense sucks. It didn't magically flip just because they had a blind squirrel game.

I'd like Yordan to be playing too but Correa, Altuve, Walker, and Peña would still have been as unproductive tonight with or without him. Before you even get to the same thing you always get from Diaz.

Yes. But 8 & 9 lead off the inning getting on base. Then Pena, Correa, and Altuve **** the bed. Yes, I'd have liked yordan in there. But we're ****ed if those three can't produce regardless
