there is a gun mounted system called ShotKam that is used regularly for guys on their shotguns mostly. I hunt with a few guys that use them.iBrad said:
Ok…I had to google it. I get results about gun mounted cameras. You sure you spelled it right?
Brendan Rodgers made the team, Joe Espada said. He fills the final roster spot.

After seeing doctors today about his sore elbow, Luis Garcia will seek a second opinion, Espada said.

Sounds like maybe the A in Cam got swapped with a U
Fantastic that a guy like Rodgers was so attuned to baseball news that he read Altuve was moving and realized there was an opportunity in Houston and got his agent on it.EastCoastAgNc said:Brendan Rodgers made the team, Joe Espada said. He fills the final roster spot.

That's a non reformed Cowboys, I mean Rangers, fan for ya.
This is day one of like 5 that they'll cover the Rangers on talk radio instead of non stop cowboys talk.
Bunch of dumbasses. They'll see soon enoughMarvin said:

I honestly can't say that I blame them.
2022: 106 wins, WS Champs
2023: 90 wins, ALCS
2024: 88 wins, wild card exit
The trend is going down and we lost four key pieces (if you count JV).
I think we will win 90 and the division but I can't blame National writers for predicting us to not win it. It'll happen eventually.
Why would we count JV? His ERA was over 5, his WAR was negative, and he wasn't even on the postseason roster.tjack16 said:Marvin said:

The Rangers absolutely have a path. The offense should be strong. The pitching side just involves extreme health from unhealthy guys and 2 young pitchers clicking + shattering innings limits. Not far fetched at all...Marvin said:tjack16 said:Marvin said:

The national media appears to be predicting a big bounce back by the crotch-grabbers (18 votes to win the division from this article, as an example). Of course, they are assuming that 2024 was the aberration and not 2023... lol.

I am not sure we can call Pressly key either. He's entering his age 36 season with seriously declining metrics. He was a top 50ish reliever at best last year.
Are we not going to count the pieces added or returning from injury? Walker, Paredes, McCullers, hell maybe even Cam Smith?
My prediction isn't far from yours. I just think looking at it one-sided is lazy and the national writers are in fact that in some of their takes.tjack16 said:Farmer1906 said:Why would we count JV? I mean I said we'd win 90 and the division. I'm just saying I don't blame the national writers for thinking we take a step back. I don't think we will but I don't blame others for thinking we might
came here to post the same thing. national writers are always looking to drooling over the big names. JV, Press, etc. Not saying the Astros are the clear cut favorite, but they deserve much more respect then they are currently getting imo. I think they are a 85+ win team easily if everyone stays healthy. And I think 85 wins will win the west this year.Farmer1906 said:Why would we count JV? Go sign Moniak to play CF and platoon with Jake. Trade Chas. Get a 10-20 type prospect.texasaggie2015 said:
