I have taken a wait & see approach with Espada but last night was it for me.

You're locked in a division race and you bring in a guy who hasn't consistently had any command in how long? How do you justify that? What am I missing?

I think they just need to quit trying to play 'hero' ball.

They all know the team is scuffling so each time one of them comes up to bat with RISP, they are coming to the plate with a mindset that "I am going to be the one to break this" and they get overly aggressive instead of just taken a calm and cool approach.

All I know is that today… I'm at Kyle field. Will watch an Aggie win, enjoy a nice steak dinner, and some family time.

It'll be a nice mental break from Astros baseball

They just need to quit trying to be the hero hitting a HR every at bat with RISP. Focus on the situational aspects of hitting to advance runners instead of trying to massacre the ball.
