I just can't get over the complete lack of pop in these bats. Here's how bad it's been- they are 27th in OPS for the second half of this season. This offense is on par with the Colorado Rockies and White Sox. Only the Pirates and Guardians are worse- and one of those has the best pitching staff in the AL.

Anything from giddy down was warranted 3 games up with the tie breaker and 6 to play. Heading into the stretch they could forfeit all 6 games and still be slightly favored to win the division.
