Nice to get the lead back, but in what universe does pinch hitting with the wrist hitter I've ever seen in bringing in a runner on third with less than two outs a good decision? You KNOW he is going to strike out and you do it anyway.

I would love to see Bochy win his fifth championship this year and then quit.

I've been a Heim apologist but I'm done. He needs to be gone after this year. The complete ineptitude to put a ball in play with a runner on third is infuriating.

Bochy can go ahead and retire and let someone else take it in from here and Heim and Garcia x 2 can take two weeks off and then quit, but feels good to finally get one!

Now come on Jacob and get us the split tomorrow and get us the hell home so he can resume our season.

For him to be a Rule V guy, he would have had to be on the Tex Active all season, or a trade worked out.

Wasn't Curvelo signed to a FA contract this past offseason? I remember that being strange because the Rangers went there for someone that had never played in the majors. He didn't have a great spring either, from what I recall. But he looked really strong today! Loved the emotion and pumping in strikes.

I'm shocked this team pulled this one out. After scoring two in tenth, I figured no way they'd do it again in the eleventh. Lots of head scratchers but Joc had a big hit in extras which was needed. Cant live in the past but yesterday really hurts. Gotta win tomorrow and get back to even.

Winning tomorrow and getting back to even with Seattle would be huge. It would make game 2 of the series hurt that much more, being that they could overtake the mariners, but still lots of season left. Only 4.5 back of an Astros team that simply isn't as good as their record indicates, and leading to what should hopefully be a fun homestretch to end the season, with Seattle.
