I am currently experiencing significant downtime with our TRUMPF equipment, which is impacting our operations.

While my team has been working directly with the manufacturer many of our repairs to date, I believe we have gap in our ongoing maintenance knowledge that continues to affect equipment reliability and performance and I need a second opinion.

If anyone here knows a professional service company that has proven expertise in maintaining TRUMPF machinery in the DFW area, please reach out.

Ideally, this company would would help us reduce downtime, improve preventative maintenance practices, and provide technical support that complements the manufacturer's services as we get our maintenance team built out appropriately.

Laser table only or full eco-system of laser, punch, press brake, etc?

Have you talked to Sterling (the DFW Trumpf rep)? Not sure if they'd know anyone. I've heard the Trumpf equipment is super top notch but service and post-sale support is lousy.

Downtime is maddening. Hope you get it sorted. I know a guy at Sterling I could introduce you to if you need it. He might be a thread you could pull.

Sterling Fab Tech is one of the companies that services Trumpf equipment. However, service from Trumpf in general is garbage. They touted a new service experience about a year ago but nothing has really changed. It's great equipment when it runs but hell to deal with when it breaks. May be best to dissolve yourself of their equipment if you have the ability.
