Would you sell now for a big gain or gamble it's going higher once it's confirmed the Bears are leaving vs just "threatening"?

At the first inkling of this, it was probably a "buy the rumor, sell the news" sort of deal. Not sure if it's just a bargaining chip, or the real deal so I'd likely cash in.

Does a new football stadium boost property values significantly? Its not like NRG Stadium has turned the SW loop around. Arlington seems the same after AT&T Stadium.

Arlington was already a dump so I assume you're referring to the area around NRG

Houston and Arlington might not be great comparative examples to Illinois and Indiana.

I think sprawl is still significantly cheaper here than along coastal Lake Michigan. Urban revitalization might be cheaper and more efficient than moving to Brookshire or Willis.
