I just don't understand the Vic hate. Never will. He's a good man that helped us win a national championship and an Aggie doing great things. We had every opportunity to hire the man and we didn't do it. Good for him for going and getting his.

That tu-UCLA game was just UGLY. 31-28 after 3Q. Yuck.

Maybe Vic Shaefer should bring Gary Blair over as an assistant coach or something. He obviously needs Gary to have any chance to win something that big and become a national champion head coach.

How can a real Aggie have anything to do with tu? It should be a crime to wear an Aggie ring and flash the hook'em sign.

How many other former students are out there coaching their teams at a championship level?

Why wasn't he hired? Did A&M try to hire him, and he decided the tu program and support was better? Or did A&M seriously think they could get a better coach?

What's funny is how UCLA used 4 timeouts when they struggled to inbound against tu's full court press and it reminded me how Joni Taylor told the media how she actually instructed her team to take the 5 second rather than force a bad pass… or she refused to call a timeout, which led to 6 five second violations against them… that's the coach we're stuck with next season

Is there a picture or video of Geno waiting at mid court during warmups?

I have seen the video of the coaches shaking hands on the sideline after the players were introduced. But, I don't believe that is what Geno was referring to.

His actions are indefensible, but the media seems to misunderstand what Geno is referencing by only showing the one video.

Yes, the video of him waiting on Dawn has also been shown. She shook hands with him and his staff prior to that. This was a handshake that apparently was just the head coaches. He was standing there waiting while she was sitting surrounded by her team and staff totally out of view of him. I don't think she would do that intentionally but he sure took it that way. It's so crazy how he cried so much about Dawn breaking protocol then he did the exact same thing by walking off the court without shaking any hands. Just left his team and staff out there. I've never seen a grown man cry so much over a handshake.
